MONTHLY CHALLENGE

This month’s challenge is to EMBRACE CHANGE!

Autumn has something valuable to teach us. Like clockwork, leaves turn colours, branches go bare and before we know it, the landscape looks different. But we all know that this drastic change is part and parcel of fresh new seasons to come.

This important lesson about change applies in life as well. Change is necessary in order to grow and evolve. While it can seem scary on the surface, the more you welcome it and even start to expect it, the sooner you can enjoy all the beauty that comes with it.

So, your challenge this month is to self-reflect and ask yourself honestly, “what can I do to embrace more change in my life?”

Let’s get started! Consider whether there’s been some resistance in any areas of your life, it could be as small as refusing to switch dating apps or as big as dealing with past relationship issues with a therapist.

Next, if you don’t feel like you’ve been resisting change in any way, try to think of something you could intentionally do to embrace it. Some examples include updating your look (a fresh new cut or adding a bit of edge to your wardrobe can go a long way), a major de-cluttering (buh-buy to your ex’s belongings), or planning a little me-time (somewhere you can connect with yourself, be it a walk in nature or a weekend retreat).

Finally, whatever change you decide is right for you, welcome it with open arms and a big smile.
